Scaffold Heads is driven by the perception of safety and danger in terms of economic growth and resources. The work featured the repetition of construction materials that are consistent in the growth and maintenance of urbanization. The presumption of security and comfort that surround dominant developed countries such as the United States is often acquired at the expenses of developing countries. Scaffold Heads is constructed in a sense of confinement through its conceptual and physical interaction with the space. By letting the work exist in a state of containment, the construction materials reference the restrained acts of civilization and habitation in both developed and developing countries.
